Lol, well that's a very good question, which I unfortunately know how to answer. Shiny pokemon are incredibly rare and incredibly random. To catch a particular shiny pokemon is also very difficult, for the spots to find these pokemon turn on and off. What's more so difficult about them is that even when you're hunting in a spot when it's on, that's no garantee that you'll catch a shiny. No, it's a 1/8000 chance, and half the time it isn't the pokemon you want.

An alterior method is to breed for the pokemon you want in shiny, though more accurate to the pokemon you want, it also has a 1/8000 chance of being shiny, but it's more precise to getting the one you want, if you're willing to stake the time for it.
